KoJeneration was founded on years of nation-wide research investigating the factors that drive performance for leaders through a series of ongoing research projects known as “The Leadership Study”. The results of these nation-wide studies informed the development of validated assessments designed to maximize leadership growth and impact, called Leadership Dashboards. The Leadership Dashboard Assessments are competency and behaviorally based instruments that are normed and validated. These assessments are predive of more than 50% of performance with in-role leaders.

Ideal for developing top level executives and assessing your high potential leaders, the Assessment and Development Center is delivered in partnership with the Rady School of Management in San Diego, California. Leaders stretch deeply into competencies of business acumen, strategic thinking, team leadership, and their interpersonal skills while engaging with each other in a business simulation. Professional facilitators assess each leader’s strengths and areas for growth based on each leader’s contribution during the simulation, other related exercises during the 2.5 day program, in addition to prework including 360 degree feedback. Detailed debrief sessions are made available for both the organization as well as each participating leader.
